IP telephony replaces traditional landline phone networks and telephone systems. It converts voice calls, faxes and other information into digital signals so that they can be routed with our IP network.

VoIP Phones utilize your current computer network and avoids the infrastructure costs associated with the purchase and maintenance of a separate voice communication systems. Direct costs also come in the form of the cost of calling. VoIP calls are cheaper compared to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) or the traditional circuit-switched telephone network by a stretch.
Scalability
VoIP is one of the most scalable options on the market. A business will not need to buy new equipment to grow, or regret having spent too much on gear should business conditions dictate a contraction.
